Brandon listened to the two talk and he was rather interested in what they had to say. It seemed that one vampire didn't know what was going on or what to do at all times, and the other seemed to be a leader of a vampire cult, or so thats what he made out. " I can tell you all you need to know about being a vampire. " He said as he rolled back over and looked at them. " You go around sucking human blood for fun and life, killing thousands every day. " He said calmly.

Sara nodded at Alanna’s comments. So, she was a new vampire. Interesting. Yet, Sara felt a bond to the young vampire. Sara, felt the reluctance as to being a vampire in the girl. Sara too, had been in those shoes. It was hard, and many months went past before she had taken her first drop of blood. Yet, the blood was not fresh, it came from a jug. Her first kill was a few more months after it. It had not been a thrilling experience. Sara did not torture her victims, it was not right. She had been in tortures shoes too… and she would never condemn others to it.
Sara looked at Brandon as he spoke, she laughed at his comment, “You hardly know us at all if you speak about us like that. I am not sure about every other vampire, but I am sure as hell, that I don’t go around killing thousands a day. Yes, I drink blood, but I do not consider it fun. But, this is my life, everyone has a right to survive. I not always wanted this! Vampires are like lions we keep everything rationalised.”
She looked at Alanna, “Well. First of all, we can’t take him anywhere without searching him. He is an officer, which means they have all those fancy gadgets. If we are to take him captive, that means getting rid of them so he can’t contact his little friends. Do you wish to do the honours?”

Alanna ignored Brandon's comment about being vampires, she always had thought the same way, not long time ago. Actually she still thought so, her opinion that dictated her life for the last few years would not change so easily withing a few days. But she had come to know that not all vampires are the same, some indeed just kill for their own blood lust. But there also were some she now got to know, like Sara, for whom it seemed to be a necessity and not pure pleasure to kill. Alanna herself had not been able to kill anyone, and only drank some of Matthew's blood to not die. She listened to Sara, looking at her and at the moment avoiding watching Brandon. She wished all could be back to normal, but it seemed that would not happen. Still holding her side which was bleeding a little, she said "Could you do that, Sara? I feel a little... uncomfortable there." she spoke, and after a moment added, thinking she should at last get rid of the ring Matthew had given to her. "May I ask you if your father was a vampire called Matthew?" she asked her.

Brandon continued to listen to the too. Whenever they spoke of searching him he had to think of how to loose the tracking device. " Search away ladies. " He said coldly. " I will even tell you what you will find. A holster where my gun used to be, a wallet, and thats about it, and my shoes of course. " He said as he touched his shoes while sticking the tracking device cleverly inside of his shoe so that they would not notice. " So come, search away. " He said coldly.

Sara nodded as Alanna asked her to search instead. She noticed that Alanna was bleeding, “Do not worry, that wound will heal fairly quickly.”
Sara got up off the bin she had been sitting on, playing with her hair. She still had many mortal qualities and quite liked playing the odd vampire. It was fun while it lasted, because she did not always need to pretend to be a mortal when seeking out her prey. Usually she attacked the ones who were in need of a better life, and so gave it to them. Either in a vampire way or the heaven road. She started moving towards Brandon, looking at him, smirking.
She stopped in her tracks when Alanna mentioned the name of her father, “Matthew was my father, but he was not a vampire. He was a good man. Perhaps you know another.” What was this vampire on about? Her father had died in a car accident, a long time ago.
She started again towards Brandon, “Ah ar,” she said, wiggling her finger, “Not so easy. I have been searched before and it is not as easy as that. You can start by taking your jacket, boots and shirt off. If your authorities are anything like they used to be, this is how they first searched me, but looking for something different. Accusation of drug holding,” she sighed. Those terrible days of being the step daughter to a miserable drunk bastard.

He listened to her and laughed. " Well hell, i ain't going to take didly crap of. Why should i make this process any easier on you. If you wanna search me do it yourself. " He said coldly as he looked at the vampires. He by now was just trying to by time until his men would arrive, assuming that they would actually arrive. However, normally they would have been here by now, but then again he was a good distance from any of his bases. He sighed and folded his arms and waited for the vampire.

Sara rolled her eyes. This mortal seemed to like the idea of wasting time, “The more you play games, Sir, the longer it is going to take for you to get medical attention. Shame really, what are we ever going to do with a wounded soldier?” That was a rhetorical question. She used them quite frequently, these days.
She moved over to him, “So..” she looked at him up and down, “..you are hiding something from us?” she smirked. Useless fool, what was he going to do? He couldn’t stop them from searching him, unless he had some genius plan, which she solemnly didn’t believe. She sighed and imitated him. Yet another childish habit she tended to use quite often. That was actually expected of a Queen, but hey! Most the time it got you somewhere.

Alanna wondered that Sara didn't knew Matthew the vampire, she had been so sure that she was his daughter. She had to ask on, to make sure that either Matthew wasn't or probably was indeed this vampire's father. "Are you sure?" she asked, ignoring Brandon and the search for any weapons or other items with which he would be able to contact other hunters. "In London I met a vampire who turned me, his name was Matthew. He gave me a ring that I should give to his daughter Sara, who lives in the USA as I suppose." she spoke, hoping that maybe she could help her on. In this moment she only was interested in getting rid of this ring, as it was her task to do so, giving it to Sara. Afterwards, she planned on trying to find a way back to her normal life, she did not wish to remain a vampire, as it was exactly this race who had hurt her and those she loved so often in her life, who had killed most people she cared for.

Brandon listened to the two speak of daughters and fathers. He found it rather amusing, all things considered. He just stood there silently, casting as much weight as he could on his other ankle. It seemed that the female vampire was reluctant to search him. He was not sure why. He shrugged and sighed. " Can we just get on with it. " He said coldly. " Take me to your leader. " He said in a mocking tone as he looked at Sara.

Sara turned her attention to Alanna once more. The young vampire was insistent about trying to find this guy’s daughter. Sara was silent for a moment, “You say his name was Matthew, and he has a daughter called Sara. Then I believe, you need not search further. For I am, Sara and my father was Matthew. However, when I knew him, he was not a vampire.”
She turned her attention back towards Brandon, her eye brows raised, “You wish to meet our Leader, now do you?” She smiled, “Victor is not like I. He is powerful and will torture those we take captive. But, heck if you wanna see him that bad,” she returned her mocking voice, “Then I believe I could arrange it for you.”
She moved towards him, her eyes browsing him. Where to start searching? His jacket? His shirt? His pants? For now she would wait for a reply from the vampire and the mortal, before she acted like some authority and searched him.

Alanna nodded, relieved that she had fulfilled the tasks Matthew had lain upon her with finding Sara. However, she would not give her the ring yet she decided, not in front of Brandon so that if he would come free of them he would have any information about it in this point. "Then I am glad I have found you so soon, after tending to this hunter..." she looked down at Brandon, she knew that it could be that he was her brother, even although he denied it. But she felt the vampire in her becoming stronger, and so as well her memories of being a human as well as her human side vanishing very slowly. "I believe we will have much to talk about." she said, remembering that while she had drunk Matthew's blood to stay alive, or rather half-dead, she also had seen some parts of his past, and how he was turned. She believed Sara would want to know some of these informations. But at the moment, searching this human for anything that could become a threat to them was more important. Sara seemed to be an important vampire, knowing Victor, king of the undead bat creatures, and knowing how to bring Brandon to him gave her this impression. Alanna would not know what to do in this situation, how to handle it, and was relieved Sara seemed to know exactly what to do, save where to start searching.

Brandon, by now was getting rather annoyed with the vampires by now. They seemed to incordinated and have no clue at all of what they were doing, and they also continued to talk about someone named Mathew. Brandon sighed as Sara searched him. " Are you done yet? " He asked calmly awaiting for her to finish searching him, hoping that she would not find the tracking device that he had cleverly hidden moments earlier.

Sara laughed. She hadn’t found anything, but there was something fishy going on, and it wasn’t the fish market down the road. He looked annoyed, and the tone of voice in which he used, also appeared to seem annoyed. Sara’s eyes strolled up and down his body, looking for anything she had missed. If she had, well that was just bad luck. If he wanted to see Victor, Victor would have no problems finding anything. Victor was more vicious and evil then Sara, and he had no fear in what he was doing.
She turned to the other vampire, as she spoke, “I’ll make sure we have time to speak, after we are finished,” she assured the other vampire. Before turning back to Brandon, just making him wait a little longer for her reply. That would annoy him even more, she thought.
“Just about,” Sara stepped back from him, “I’ll ask you one more time. Are you sure you want to meet The Vampire Lord? After all, this might be the last taste of freedom you will have.”
Why did she bother in asking him. He was going to Victor, no matter what he said. She didn’t care if he fell to his knees and cried, begging for her to let him go. He was going.

(Hope you don't mind me showing up ) As the sea air filled the harbor were the vampires and humans stayed, a stench of death along a thick smoke rose in the distance. Heavy steps could be heard as it made the earth shake with fear, a deep darkness of evil could be felt in the area and it made animals as birds fly away of its approaching. The demon called The Beast by its master Satan and others had come to cause chaos and destruction upon the world, but one thing remained and it all laid in the hands of a young vampire lady. Long had the Beast been seeking for it but time had now come to reclaim it, out of the smoke a dark shade could be seen but became more clearer as the demon stepped forth. Its huge horns were large like the devils and the body strong with muscles, formed like stones of lava and its shapes easily were seen by the color of fire. Behind him as the smoke left the surface of the ground, dead corpses of humans could be seen laying dead at the street were he had passed. It was devastating and the smell made it all worse, the beast had used his powers to kill the workers on the harbor and it would give him an advantage for the attack he was to lay upon target he was seeking."The ring is mine!"The beast said deep and loud as he approached the position where the others stood, he wanted the ring and he would not fail with getting it.

Alanna just nodded to Sara’s reply, and then at last turned to Brandon again, scanning him if she not could see any sign for hidden weapons or other items that could be in any way harmful for them. They should take even more care about any threat as it seemed Brandon would be taken to Victor himself, Victor was an important character in the battles of vampires against other creature, he should not be threatened unnecessarily. Although Alanna never heard of Victor before, her human side was frightened of him as he seemed to like torturing and killing, her vampire side admired him as leader. There still was a battle going on within her, as her human side would not easily give in to be a merciless killer as vampires are, at least what she had learned they were. She had no definite proof to think differently. The vampire Alanna although began to hunger for blood now as her last meal lay seven days behind. Suddenly the earth beneath them began to shake, almost like thunder it seemed, but Alanna knew it better. She had been in a combat situation with the beast before, although only for a short while before she had to flee. She had not seen any chance to survive such an attack, and knew it still would come after her, as she had what the beast wanted most: the ring she was supposed to give to Sara. Alanna had not expected her enemy to be so quick with following her, and finding her, and all she could think of now as the demon made out of dark rock and lava stood in front of her was to flee. She turned to Sara and said “We need to run… fast!” she would not be able to explain to her what exactly was going on, for she herself barely understood it. All she knew was that great evil would happen when this demon would be able to finally retrieve the ring she carried. All she could explain was “He wants your father’s ring and will kill us whether we give it to him or not.” She spoke before the beasts loud voice thundered and claimed the ring.
