Lydia gasped she heard the gun sound. "OH shi..." She ducked and clasped her hands over her head and cramped her eyes closed hoping that one bullet had gone straight passed her. In her head thumped panic. She opened her eyes and saw she was alive still. She felt her body for entry wounds and felt none. She sighed with relief and stood up slowly. She watched as the guy in front of her fumbled for with the gun. She stood there watching with a slight tremble of what to do.

A small, pleased smile sat comfortably upon Lucia’s mouth and she watched with subtle amusement the events that followed her ripping away the Human’s gun. Sure, if she’d wanted to, she could have prevented him from grabbing his gun, and he did seem adamant about having them, but Lucia did not hinder him as he retrieved the first gun she’d knocked away. The arrival of the second Vampire somewhat displeased the self-proclaimed Princess of the Night; sharing a Human with one Bat was fine, but one Human between two Vampires and a Hybrid? No. Lucia was going to have to put her foot down on this and be greedy about it. With a side-ways glance, Lucia motioned to her original partner in this game that they should take the Human now. Whether or not this male Vampire knew the new comer, or if he would feel some sort of sympathy for her, Lucia did not know. But she had only been willing to share the Human with him; if he was going to offer the female Vampire a share, Lucia would take the Human for herself. She stepped forward briefly, her first movement seeming to be suspended in time, as the Human finished loading and fired more shots into the ground. The Hybrid really wasn’t too concerned where the shots would bounce off to, and she dashed in a round-about fashion toward the red haired Human. On the way to her prey, one bullet did find its path hindered by Lucia’s shoulder, though, and sped through her flesh. The motions of both the bullet, and Lucia were so quick that the Hybrid didn’t notice anything wrong until she was directly behind the Human, the collar of his jacket in her hands, about to bite into his neck. “Oh…” A muffled laugh escaped. This bullet wasn’t like the other one. Lucia paused for a moment. Though the bullet had passed through her, it felt like her right arm had been doused in gasoline and set ablaze. A couple more breaths of small laughter came out. Feeding on this Human would be all the more rewarding now. She had begun to bring the other hand up to inspect the wound, but stopped it midway, and grabbed onto the Human’s neck, pulling away his jacket collar firmly, and leaning down to take her first bite.

Lydia stood up and looked around at the moving figures. Her black heart sensed danger. She watched as the girl went to take a bite into the neck of the man with his gun pointing to the ground. Lydia gasped and her immediate reaction came into play. She ran her fastest, and was a blur. She barged the girl, who Lydia guessed was a Vampire, off of the killer and both fell to the floor. The gun flew across the graveled floor and it's owner was knocked unconscious. Lydia stopped and looked at what she had done. Her heart was racing and her head was thumping. "I..." She started as she took a step back. Her stomach churned and she felt a slight thirst of blood overtake her body. Lydia started to breathe heavily, trying to contain the hunger but eventually broke down into a rage. "He's mine to feed on" She said harshly as she gripped her stomach and flew her head back, wiping her bare arms with her soft hair. Her voice was no longer innocent but rough and croaky. She was begging for food and she was not going to give up.
