-ooc: So, what's the verdict? Is the moon full? It doesn't matter to me, just wondering. - ic: Her sweet smile toward the Vampire faded as her gaze turned and focused completely on the Human. The whites of Lucia's eyes gleamed out from under the dark curtain of her hair, and a crooked grin replaced the previous sweetness, shining out from her dark silhouette like the Cheshire cat's. Lucia had a really bad habit of playing with her food, although she figured most other creature's of the night did as well, and she watched on as the Human jumped back, arming himself. For a moment her body swayed gently, suspended in the night; and then she was gone. Yes, she'd gone behind him, in a heartbeat, and she whispered into his ear, "Don't fight it." The trace of a smile could be heard, and she pushed him playfully forward; sometimes she forgot that she played too rough.

((I don't really mind if the moon's full or not)) Fredrick twisted as he fell, managing to fire three potshots at the girl before falling badly on the cracked pavement. Pain shot up his arm from the elbow he had landed on, and he had to allow himself the slightest of winces. The next second he had scrambled up. He didn't need to look to know that, at the moment, he was surrounded. Not that that really mattered with vampires, what with teleportation and all.

As Frederick pulled himself up Rickter went in for a lunge, picking the human up and flying a few feet into the air before dripping him right above Lucia, hopefully she'd catch him. It would be a shame for the prey to get damaged too quickly.
He made sure his daggers were still in place and unable to harm the human, he didn't want to kill it accidentally.

Well, the Human had pretty good aim considering he was falling. But Lucia had moved away from the shots as they were fired. The Human Fredrick landed right into her arms as the Vampire dropped him, and Lucia cradled him a bit with a smirk, before setting his feet back on the ground, "Careful, guns are dangerous." She snap-kicked one of his gun-holding hands.

The kick sent one of his guns flying. Fredrick cursed under his breath as it skittered across the chipped paving. At the moment, every thing he had been doing had been more or less useless. He needed to find a more useful strategy before the duo got bored and decided to drain him. Okay, okay. One in the air, one on the ground. Both too fast to be hit by bullets... With that in mind, Fredrick did the only thing he thought would not be useless. He pointed his remaining gun at the floor and fired.
Instead of simply burying itself in the floor, the bullet was reflected, flying up at the girl. He fired four more immediately, two of these were reflect off buildings and aimed at the man.

Rickter wasn't expecting this. He watched the bullet fly towards Lucia and then heard the other shots. He let the bullets aimed at him collide with his chest. The punctured deep into his rib cage and he let out a laugh. They couldn't hurt him. But he'd let the human think they could.
He folded his wings and let himself drop to the ground, a few seconds after lying motionless he jumped up once again and slammed a gauntleted hand into the human.

How strange. Lucia had not anticipated that effect from the bullet as it zipped toward her with amazing speed. But she moved away from it at the last moment and turned quickly to watch its path for a second. She looked on with concealed amusement in her eyes as the Vampyre took the shots and fell from the air, hitting the ground motionless. He was funny. But she turned and looked back at the Human, a sideways grin exposing pointed teeth. Surprisingly, she sensed no fear in him, only adrenaline; and she wondered of the poor condition she had found him in earlier. Perhaps tonight had just been a bad night for this young man, and he really did have an enjoyable life; the Human was certainly fighting for his life now. Lucia kept out of the way as the Vampire made his attack, but went to the Human's side, prepared to kick out his feet if he still remained standing after Rickter's assault.

Rolling with the punch, Fredrick let himself fall in to the woman with a little more force than absolutely neccessary. It was getting rather annoying that he didn't have a stake on him at the moment, his bullets would only slow the vampires down, not kill them. He kicked out with one leg, aiming to make the male collapse, and fired point blanc at the female's chest. He didn't expect either of these tactics to work amazingly well, but some minute part of him hoped they would work. Of course, Fredrick found it amazingly funny that part of him was hoping that. It was childish and more than a little useless.

Rickter vanished as Frederick aimed a kick at him. He reappeared behind the human and tapped him on the shoulder, nodding towards Lucia he made sure she knew it was her turn to act. He then stepped back and waited.

The taunting smile never left her face as the Human fell into her, and she placed a hand on his back to prevent him from falling or losing his balance. Lucia's grin was unwavering even as he unloaded a shot into her chest. The smoke from the barrel of the gun rose in subtle wisps, bringing the smell of gunpowder to Lucia's awareness. It was a sweet scent that complimented the slight burning of her flesh at the intrusion of the bullet, and the fresh blood that bubbled out for a moment. ((not silver bullets, right?)) But to the Hybrid it just felt like a tricky itch that she couldn't scratch. Her hand remained at the Human's back, and after the Vampyre tapped him on the shoulder, Lucia pulled the Human closer to her, and grabbed the hand holding his remaining gun; deadly dancing. For a moment, she turned his wrist so that the gun was aiming at the Human's head, "Don't be so hard on yourself, Kid." But then she moved to rip the firearm from his grasp and throw it aside.

((nope, no silver bullets))
Being completely stripped of his guns annoyed Fredrick. The incredibly neurotic, childish part of him started shrieking something about mean people, revenge and burning before breaking off into cackling laughter. He ignored it completely. There were more important things to tend to, and it didn't look like they would be going away any time soon.
He scanned the surrounding environment with some trepidation. One of his guns was nearby, but beyond the woman, and the other was several feet away. Large, unmovable slabs paved the area, and despite the fact that there had been eight gunshots, no one had come to investigate. Probably hiding in their houses, terrified. Fredrick thought momentarily. That lead to the childish part of him piping up again, and Fredrick ignored it. Again.
Unsure as to what his next action should be, Fredrick dived for the gun he had lost earlier in the fight. He snatched it up, scraping his knuckles in the process. Rolling over in the same movement, he fired in the direction of the two. He was too preoccupied in getting up fast to pay too much attention to aiming.

Lydia watched the night sky as it became clear to her she was going to have to live with the night all of her life now. Lydia sighed with regret and kicked her heels on the cracked pavement as she walked. She turned the sharp corner and saw a few people standing in battle position. She shook her head, thinking nothing of it, and walked on passed. Lydia kept her head down and let her hair fall in front of her face. Lydia blinked softly and slowly. She lifted her head up to see the path she was taking through the center of the fighters. Her arms bent slightly and her hands in her trouser pockets. Her black cardigan sleeves hanging off of her shoulders, revealing pasty white flesh of hers. She looked left then right, then left again. Once she had realized what she had stepped into she carefully took her hands out of her pockets ready to make a run for it.

Fredrick, of course, noticed the intruder immediately. As if I didn't have enough to deal with already... He turned and ran, not at the girl, but at a point slightly to her left. As he passed her he turned, the worn soles of his walking boots skidding on the flat stone slabs making up the pavement. Darting forwards, he wrapped an arm around her throat, pressing his gun to the back of her head with his other hand. "If you don't mind my asking, what exactly areyou?" Though his gun was not loaded with silver or UV bullets, the girl wouldn't know that. Whether she was a human or not, she should find the gun itself threatening.

Lydia gasped loudly. Her whole body shaking. She grabbed the arm that was wrapped around her throat, trying to keep it a fair distance away from her skin. Her eyes slowly moved toward his body. "Me...?" She shivered as she spoke. "I am....." Lydia hesitated. what was she to say? The seemed to get tighter on her throat. "I am a normal gi..." Her breathe ran out and she took another deep breath in, and calmed herself as she realized what she was saying. All of a sudden she remembered herself. Lydia frowned slightly and gritted her teeth. She tightened her grip on the guys arm and threw him over her shoulder with slight force.

Fredrick groaned, rolling over. Oh for... After cursory sweeps of the now three people flanking him, Fredrick sighed and gave up on the whole 'optimistic' thing. It may not be optimistic for normal people, but this was about as cheerful as Fredrick went. What to do? he asked himself casually. It wasn't really meant as a question, he was already running through the events of the night in his head. There had to be something during the fight, or in the conversation before the fight, which was of use to him.
Right. Let's see... the girl ran into me. Feeling of being watched. The girl said she wasn't a vampire. Guy with cloak popped up. Guy with cloak said she smelled like a vampire and a wolf. Hello... a vampire and a wolf? She's a halfbreed? Fredrick's head jerked up, his eyes scanning the three figures. What about the others? The second girl's just come up, I don't know anything about her, but the guy with cloak... it suddenly hit Fredrick that werewolves couldn't fly. Which meant guy-with-cloak was a vampire. Oh joy... I can't... Oh -beep-...
Suddenly rolling over again, Fredrick reached into his trench coat. Snagging a few bullets from a hidden inside pocket, he jumped up. In a second he had rolled the barrel of his gun open, let the spent bullet cases left behind clatter on to the floor, inserted the new bullets, rolled the barrels shut and cocked the gun.
Now equipped with silver bullets, he pointed his gun at the floor and fired. The bullet reflected again, and was quickly followed by others at slightly different angles. This time the bullet wouldn't just be ricocheting off the floor. A trickier shot, maybe, but hopefully unexpected enough to let his bullets actually hit all three targets. He needed a few more seconds to reload properly and maybe get his other gun.
