Cut off by a massive punch, Arai was knocked over. She simply couldn't win by sheer brutal strength, so she used whatever it took. Her fighting style was 'whatever works' and it was worsened by the fact that she was already ticked. The punch didn't help at all. Tasting the coppery flow of blood from her cheek, she wiped her hand across her mouth and jumped back up, eyes hard and glinting as her adrenaline kicked in. "You will regret that!" she snarled, charging him. Bringing her hand around, she dug her nails deeply into his face, slashing him cruelly. She didn't really play fair. She followed up with a high kick towards his chest, hoping to at least discourage him from attacking further. Because this was one fight she would not lose.

Odd enough the punch felt good. It wasn't the fact he was hitting a female, he actually hated that fact. It was more the idea that despite surviving New York City being attacked, and sleeping under rubble for who knows how long he still had the strength to knock some one right over. He was ready to turn around when he felt nails cutting across his face. Pablo tried to push the woman off him. It was at that moment he could confirm the mysterious figure was a female. Though Pablo had the advantage of strength, Arai had the advantage of sight. Some blood dripped down passing by his eyes, bringing the dreaded dust with it. He could finally see, and at that moment he was welcome with the sight of Arai's foot. Pablo took the hit, he stumbled back words but managed to keep his footing. As Arai tried to pull her foot back Pablo attempted to grab it. He finally noticed who it was. Despite the skin on his face being torn apart he managed to smile. "Arai calm down its me.. Pablo." He quickly said trying to grab hold of her leg.

Arai bared her teeth in a ferocious grin as her size six foot connected solidly with the intruder's chest. Those self-defense classes were certainly paying off nowadays. She let herself be driven by the fiercer side of her, the side that she didn't let out often. Unfortunately, the kick had also meant that the intruder grabbed her foot. Now she balanced on one leg, and she paused a moment, planning her next move. When he spoke and introduced himself, her temper cooled as if a bucket of water had been thrown on her. "Pablo?" she repeated incredulously. What was he doing in the states? She hadn't seen him since she had been in Europe! Now she felt bad about tearing his face open. Great, the first lycan she had met and she just made him bleed. Arai was just bursting with questions, but right now there was a more pressing matter at hand. Namely the fact that he still held her leg. "Please let go of my leg before I make you," she asked happily, grinning a bit. It was half a joke. If he didn't let go she would get free by force, but she hoped she didn't have to do that.

Pablo slowly let get of Arai's foot and backed away slowly. "I'm so sorry, I couldn't see... The dust had gotten into my eyes." He said while bringing up his fore arm to wipe some blood of his face. "The last couple of days have been jolly good. I don't know whats worse, a vampire infested Continent or being greated by a missile." Pablo explained dropping down onto his behind. It seemed like the young teenager had already forgive Arai, for giving his face a make over. It was one of his good traits, he only hoped Arai forgave him. "I'm sorry about the door, making dramatic entrances is one of my habits." Pablo said while smirking.

Steadying herself again, she looked him over. Now her eyes were completely adjusted and she could see that it was, in fact, Pablo. "Sorry for ripping your face open," she said apologetically, "And I'm pretty sure that door was about to just fall over anyways, you just helped it. I've had a wonderful life as well. So you were there when the bomb hit? I wasn't, I just heard about it. And Europe isn't exactly vampire-free either." Pretty much every major continent nowadays was infested with the blood suckers. She avoided them as much as she could. "So other than the bomb, how are you? I haven't seen you since Europe!"

(He meant that Europe was the vampire infested one XD, He was comparing the two but i'll let that slide ) Pablo side, a couple of the smaller cuts were only ready healing. This had to be one of the situations where he loved to be a lycan. "Well since the bombing... I've been walking and thinking.... Lots of walking. But before leaving Europe I enjoyed myself. So get this." He looked up at Arai and criss crossed his legs, ready to tell his story. "It was the middle of the day, and some thugs thought they could mug me. I ended up running into a hospital, we brought the fight all the way to the roof. As the police make there way up the stairs, the thugs jumped off the roof to a nearby ceiling. They left me with a severed head, Quickly thinking I grabbed it and looked around. I hear the police making their way up the stairs I grab the head and punt it off the roof, and its just my luck that it was about land on a police car, Now I'm thinking... No I'm going to get arrested." He paused for a second. "Wrong! Out of no where a hawk grabs the head and flies away. In the middle of London too, what are the chances of that."

Arai was glad to see that he was healing fast. It was definitely good for him that he had rapid healing. Nail scratches could be nasty things. She was certainly one to know, considering she inflicted them. "I hear you on the walking thing, Pablo. I had to walk here from Hawaii. Well, I mean I got a ride to the mainland, but since then I walked. And hitchhiked." Sitting down across from him, she listened to his story curiously. At the end, she smirked and laughed lightly. "Yes, what are the chances indeed," she teased, "Anything else out of the ordinary happen?" She would have thought of a story, but she was too drained and tired. Yawning, she gazed around the warehouse. "So, any ideas of where this is? I think I've been here before, but I can't remember," she explained.

Pablo responded by smiling. "I'll tell them in due time." He said looking around the room. He began to think. "Actually I might..... Somewhere around the city I saw this huge stadium.. Ummm Ever heard of the Bills? I think its some sport team... Maybe American football." He said only knowing a handful of American football teams names. The grand total of four, The Dallas Cowboys, America teams. The Patriots, Colts and Dolphins. Studying her face Pablo let out a sigh. "I'm guessing Hawaii wasn't that great huh?" He asked.

"Wait, so what does that have to do with this warehouse?" she asked curiously. Arai wasn't really up on sports; they had never really interested her. With a sigh, she tracked a dust mote that lingered on the still air, her light gold eyes wandering. "No, Hawaii was not good," she said quietly, "but I really don't want to talk about it." That had been the worst time of her life. She didn't even know how long she had been there; maybe a week. Arai attempted to smile again, a weak shadow of a grin on her face. "If you ever go, you'll probably have a better time than me. I don't think it's possible to have a worse time than me."

Yawning, he lifted himself out of bed, rustling his blonde hair. He had been asleep for quite some time... massive amounts of sedative and horse tranquilizer will do that to you. His head was already throbbing, it didnt help that somebody had just breached his domain, knocking down the front door and all. He walked down the steps into the main hallway, two silouettes visable against the moonlight shining through what used to be the entrance. He wasnt worried about who it might have been, he wasnt in the mood for stealth, the second they could see him he would transform, most likely leaving the intruder with soiled pants before running away. He briskly walked up to the two, one was not much more than five feet tall... this would be easier than he though. He tapped the girl on the shoulder. "Roar."

The trouble with Arai was that she normally had hair-trigger responses. Since becoming a lycan, those had increased. Unfortunately for Pete, when scared her first reaction was to lash out at whatever scared her. In this case, that was him. With lightning speed, she had whipped around, her right fist already moving. Flowing with the motion of the turn, she powered all of her weight into the punch, hitting him solidly in the side. Then she saw it was Pete and switched from startled/scared to angry. "What in the bloody 'ell do you think you're doing!" she yelled, clenching her hands into fists, "you don't sneak up on people like that!" Normally she would have been glad to see him, but the cold, the past month, her lack of sleep, and the fact that he had just scared her meant that she was very irritated. At him, in this case.

It was almost funny how Pete toppled to the ground. Most girls of her stature would probably hurt themselves with a move like that. But most girls werent Werewolves... well most of the girls Pete knew were... but that was beside the point. He lay on the ground groaning, a scene that had become all to frequent lately. "Nice to see you too Arai... how bout a hand? As for why I can barely move, thats a long story." He attempted a smirk, but it turned out more like a grimmace. It was a rough week. I can't wait to see the bruise when I wake up... he said silently to himself. Note to self: Don't piss Arai off...

"Well I thought you wanted to know... what city we where in." Pablo had said before Pete had arrived. Apparently this place wasn't abandon. As the lycan boy was knocked over, Pablo quickly moved to his side. He knelled near him and cocked his fist back. Pablo let his fist fly forward and stopped it inches from Pete's nose. Sure he had known it was Pete, Pablo really wanted to see his reaction. Instead of asking a hypothetical question, he would actually do what ever was on his mind. "She's not in a good mood." Pablo said with a weak smile, his face could obviously show it. The boy had an excuse to why he couldn't see or recognize Arai, but apparently on the other hand Arai didn't. Of course Pablo had knocked Arai right in the kisser, and her face had a pretty bad make over itself.

Light gold eyes still snapping angrily, Arai glared down at the fallen Pete. "You could move enough to sneak up and scare me; I'm sure you can handle picking yourself up, almighty wolf," she muttered coldly. No, Arai was not in a good mood. Though she was happy to see Pablo, the way she had met him was less than desirable. Her face still throbbed from the blow he had laid on it. She was sure there was a bruise somewhere on there, though it was more than likely disguised by the travel grime she had accumulated. That was one of the sole reasons Arai hated traveling on foot; the dirt. She had always been a clean and fastiduous person before this, but now it seemed like she always looked like some homeless beggar. Which, she hated to admit, she was. Pete wasn't looking so good; he had probably gotten in a fight like usual. That boy was attracted to trouble like a bee to a flower, Arai reflected. She really didn't feel much pity for him. She'd been through worse.

Yup. It was definitly Arai, shooting him down every chance she got, almost literally this time. Of course this time may have been his fault. Maybe. Sure, he could probably could have gotten up, but where's the fun in that? "You guys had a rough week too eh? I was off rescuing Namir, killing demons, and to top it off, I had about a liter of horse tranquilizer injected into my neck. But other than that, things have been good." Or about as good as life could be for a Lycan. "So what brings you to Buffalo?"
