Perrin stood in the middle of the street a moped whipped past him as he stared up towards the eifell tower. 'City of romance' he thought to what a joke. So far he had only encountered thugs and sleezy men. Perrin flicked up the hood of his hoodie and began to walk toward the Eifel tower. As he arrived the the base of the tower he looked up and wondered how the man created an object of such beauty. Not long after he arrived at the top, there were a few people looking at the view but not many. Perrin looked over the edge and breathed in the fresh air.

Namir strolled down the streets of Paris, her long dark hair tousling in the wind. She arrived at the Eiffel Tower, she'd never seen it in person before, and rode the elevator to the top. On the elevator she noticed a man keeping to himself with the most brilliant yellow eyes she'd ever seen. Usually she didn't bother people, but after observing him for a few seconds at the edge of the tower, she couldn't help but speak to him. "Good afternoon." Namir greeted him politely. She leaned on her forearms on the rail, looking out at the beautiful city. "What brings you to Paris? Hunting something?" his eyes gave off an aura of the preternatural, and she couldn't help but suggest it, even if he wasn't she could play it off, she was sure.

Perrin looked up at the girl who stood beside him, he was relived that someone spoke english. 'Hunting for a soulmate' he wanted to say to her, but he knew that one day he would find someone that he could spend all eterenity with, untill then he would continue to drink and party. "Just here to see what all the hype is about" he said with a small smile. "Supposed to be the most romantic place in the world, just full of sleezy men if ya ask me." Perrin's eyes caught those of Namirs and there was somthing there that caught his breath. "Perrin" he said and offered his hand.

Grasping his hand and smiling she replied, "Namir." She laughed at his comment, she began to look around at the people surrounding them. In the corner there was a thin Frenchman with a slimming sweater on, his stance was proud and cocky as he seemed to be pleading seductively and persuasively with a pouty blonde. Namir nodded her head and slightly raised her eyebrow at the couple, "I see what you mean." Those eyes drew her back again as he stood against the rail, "Your eyes are so brilliant..." she observed, her grey eyes staring back at his completely powerless. Namir folded her hands together and coolly asked, "I know this is going to seem forward, but would you like to grab a cup of coffee?" she smiled promisingly. She wasn't some back streets killer, even though she would be an original breed of one if she was, she could see the headlines now 'The Black Widow Strikes Again!-- mysterious woman takes innocent parisian male as her dinner' She chuckled to herself, a twinkle sprung to her eye.

Perrin smiled. "Thank you. I've never had them described as briliant before." He said referring to his eyes. They were a significant feature of his, linking him back to the infamous Perrin Golden Eyes and it wasn't always usefull. When it came to people trying to find him, rumours of a golden eyed man spread fast. "I would love to grab a coffee." Perrin replied. He was suprised with the question as they had only met, but he wouldn't turn down some time with a beautiful women. Perrin looked once more over the rails of the tower, there was somthing thirlling about leaning over a small rail to look at the tiny people walking below. "Know of a nice cafe?" Perrin asked as he turned away from the rail and looked at Namir his eyes meeting hers.

"I'm kind of new to France," she admitted. We can find one. She knew she had just met this guy, but something about the ground seemed safer to her, she was terrified of heights. Namir began to ponder how she even convinced herself to go up the tower in the first place, she'd been trying to get over some of her fears, but obviously some were going to take some time. "So, Perrin, what's your story?" she said as she stepped out of the elevator and onto the street.

The elevator doors shut as Namir and Perrin stood in the middle of the empty elevator as it began its decent towards the ground. "Well that makes two of us, arrived here yesterday." He said as the doors opened to let them out. "My story aye? Not much to tell, was born in a small town outside of Madrid, now i just have become a lost soul. Travel around whereever my feet take me" He said laughing. Perrin kept information on his heritage to himself, if he told her about werewolves and his ancestor she would probably think he was crazy. "How bout yourself Namir?

"I'm about the same," she replied, "I'm originally from Italy, and I've been all over the place. Running here or there, wherever the action takes me." Why did his eye color look so familiar.. they almost gave her a sense of security when she looked into them. That was odd. She'd debated on saying it, but now she had to. "You're not telling me everything." she smirked knowingly, "What are you leaving out of your past that you think I should be afraid of?" She walked beside him on the street, looking at the surrounding people, thank god she'd already hunted today.

"I didn't know you wanted my life story" he siad with a smile. "Perhaps you'll find more out over that coffee." The two crossed another street, up ahead he saw a small cafe with a few people occupying it and began to walk towards it. "So what brings you to Paris." Perrin said changing the subject off him. Perrin walked into the cafe and ordered two coffees before finding a table outside, it was a clear sunny sky and he didn't want to waste that inside, he sat down opposite Namir as they waited for their coffees.

"I don't know, I was just stopping in on Paris to see the sights." she glanced around, not seeing much of anything at this point. "Or the lack there of. Thank you for ordering for me by the way." she said as she seated herself at a table outside. Namir shrunk away from the sun underneath the umbrella, her pale skin never really agreed with sunlight, but she loved to appreciate a beautiful day. "Seeing as Paris is the city of romance, I guess your here for that reason? Or to observe or draw/paint the nude ballerina's?" she smirked at Perrin cleverly.

Perrin laughed"Nude bellerina's aye? you'll have to show me where they are." He said with a wink still smiling. "I don't really have a reason for being here, too much spare time i guess, or maybe i am here for romance, i'll just have to wait and see won't i." A waitress appeared at their table and placed two cups of coffee gently down, making sure not to spill any over the rim. "Meric" Perrin said thanking the waitress as she left. He looked back at Namir, "Thats one of the few French words i know" he said and raised the cup to his lips, taking a sip of the hot coffee, it was different from home, but still tasted nice. "How long are you in Paris for?"

"I don't really know." she stated. "Until some unsuspecting vampire or demon stumbles across my path, and I have to flee?" she smiled. "So in other words, I'm not really sure." "So, Perrin. You give me the vibe of a hunter." her eyebrow raised slyly. "Or something supernatural. Want to spill?" Namir picked up her coffee and sipped it, looking into his golden eyes once again.

Perrins smile was wiped from his face as she casually talked about vampires, then to talk about hunters sent a chill up his spine. Well atleast he'll be able to talk freely without looking crazy he thought to himself. "Um how to begin" He said letting out a nervous chuckle. "Wouldn't call myself a hunter." he took another large sip from his coffee wishing it was a stong spirit instead. "I'm more of a protector of sorts, i don't chase things down but rather protect those who are beging hunted." Perrin made eye contact with Namir, and wished that his eyes didn't draw so much attention. "May i ask how you know of these things?"

"Lets just say that smart little girls play with wolves," she stated, her pointed teeth glittering in her smile. "Protector. That sounds interesting, so you protect us from them." she gestured to the public. "Or the ones that wish to shut us up in a laboratory or put us in a freak show to be prodded and sneered at." the anger quivered beneath her flesh, in her very bones, it stirred. "As a whole, I think the races of preternatural are moving beyond that, at least the side show portion. Hybrids are at the most risk right now for expiramentation." she added somberly. "How did you come to find out about these things?" she added. "Its a better question, I do believe."

All of a sudden Perrin realised that Namir was a werewolf, that she thought he was a protector of her race, this was lucky for Perrin. Perrin finished his coffee, play it cool he thought to himself. He doubted she was old enough to be able to transform whenever but he did not want to risk himself or those around him. The day he decides to leave his gun at home and he runs into a werewolf. " Guess i can tell you about my history, i am related by blood to the infamous Perrin Golden Eyes, kind of given away by these" he said pointing to his eyes. Perrin watched Namirs reaction, although in human form, their sense were hightened and he would be ready if she tried anything. "You have me wrong, i am not a protector of your kind, i protect humans, more from Vampires than anything.
