She caught the wallet deftly as he ran out, watching him with a look of slight besmusement. Strange boy, that Pablo. When the server came with the check, Arai paid him the proper amount, plus a generous tip. With a smile, he was gone. Arai put her chin in her hand as she waited for Pablo to come back. Her eyes gazed out over the crowd, observing them all in thier own little worlds, unaware of the danger and mystery beneath the surface. She envied and pitied them at the same time; she wished she could be them, but she also pitied the ones who would undoubtedly end up as vampire food. She saw his return out of the corner of her eye and handed him back his wallet. "Yes, of course," she replied. Whoever those people were was none of her business.

Pablo nodded his head grabbing the wallet. "All right then lets get outta of here." The boy got up, still with a wicked grin across his face. He was torn apart going to brush his teeth and not, of course he didn't have the brush but still. His teeth would always be straight, clean, and strong. There was always the bad breath problem, which could always be handled by a simple tic tac. As he began to walk away he looked up. "So Arai where are you planning on going next?" He asked, a little curious. Pablo didn't have any real means of transportation and well he didn't have a license. Of course he could afford one, he didn't know what his parents did before they died. But they made a lto of money, and his inheritance easily showed that.

She shrugged nonchalantly. "I dunno," she admitted, "I just need to get far away from here before tonight. Other than that, I don't really have anything I have to do." Arai lived a rather purposeless life, she thought, with nothing to do but dread the next full moon and avoid conflict. She had begun to realize that as much as she liked traveling, it was only so much fun by yourself. She had tired of the solitary life, but there was nothing for it now. "And you?" she asked.

"I'm heading north.. From there east and then south again." He said testing her geography. But of course she would know where that is, she's smart. He told himself. Pablo could obviously take a quicker route by plane or boat, but he liked to travel on foot. The boy walked over to the counter, he gave the lady his card and they conversed for a very short bit. " I'd be more then happy if you came along, but if you were heading some where I would understand."

She furrowed her brow, trying to remember her geography. "So.........what, Romania? Then I would guess Russia, then maybe Asia?" she asked. Geography had never been her strong point. "I wouldn't want to intrude on whatever you are doing," she said a bit reluctantly, "I've already kicked you out of your bed and kept you up with my life." It was still hard for her to accept help and favors from others; pride was a deep thing. "I really don't have a solid destination," she admitted, "I'll probably find some way back to the States eventually."

Pablo smiled, "Good job." Some part of him hoped she wouldn't get it right. Due to the fact that wasn't where he planned to go. "See if you had agreed to go with me, and had gotten my little quiz incorrect I would of headed to Italy. A piratical joke I suppose, and since you did get it correct." He paused to think. "I still plan to go to Italy, Rome to be a little more precise." Even though her answer wasn't entirely correct, he wasn't to specific either. For all he she knew he could of meant Cambodia. "Theres this kid whose been trying to get me to cross the Atlantic. He's in New York some where, he's attempting to make a new den. Some times I think he's crazy, but he is a nice guy I guess."

A den? "Wait, so a new one. Where was the old one?" she inquired. "Well, if you decide to come, the States are really nice," she said. "I think I'll try to get over there myself. I don't want to slow you up; I'm not used to this whole 'werewolf' thing yet. You obviously are." Maybe at this den she could find some answers, and she had so many questions.

"It was in Sweden... I don't remember where exactly though... There was a battle, vampires had blown it up." He paused to think about that unfortunete day. "I guess I am lucky I was no where near the old place." Pablo had done a lot of thinking about heading over seas, he wasn't sure if he wanted to yet. "It would take a while, I have things to get done though."

"Okay," Arai said with a soft smile, "whatever you are looking for, I hope you find it." She was a bit sad to meet him; he was the first of her kind she had met since being bitten. They stood there a minute, a bit awkwardly, until finally Arai said, "Thanks, Pablo, for all this. The room and food and everything. I really appreciated it." Running her hand through her hair, she looked up at the ceiling, then around the hotel a bit. Then, on an impulse, she gave him a quick hug, then turned and began to walk out the door.

"Thanks. Uh I hope you find what ever your looking for." He said rubbing the back of his neck. The boy now began to look around the hotel as well, but for no reason. "Its no problem really, I'm just here to help I guess." The hug came out of the blue really. It was unexpected. He stood still for a second and let out a sigh. The boy laughed lightly as he pushed open the door to the hotel, shaking his head.
