Cameron looked down and sighed. " Perhaps," Cameron said and looked up at Christina. " But if i am not a machine, then tell me why i sleep with a gun in my hand, can reload and take apart and put back together, upside down and blindfolded. Why do i take everything i see in the world as a military situation? I may be human, but i a human machine, built for destruction and death? No one can love that." Cameron said softly.

"I do," she said to him, she hand resting on his arm, "You may be good at all that but why do you fight? Because you want to save lives, that the military can not teach you, that is you, that is human," she told him. "A man who plays football(soccer) may have played it all his life but that is not all he is. You work in a team of men and you work with each other, can a machine do that?"

" Depends on the machine." Cameron said, at this point using a slightly sarcastic tone. It was a strange thing he felt. It was something that he hadn't felt before and that was probably why it was strange to him. " So, what would you say i am then if i am not this machine that i claim to be?" Cameron asked.

"A man, a man with a big heart, willing to protect an innocent person. Sure you know all the tips and tricks, but you feel pain and hurt, love and joy. It's what makes us human," she said then tackled him, pinning him to the bed and laughing, "Now admit it! Admit you're not a machine," she laughed.

Cameron was a machine, just not a heartless one as he had always believed. That, and that alone he could admit. He repeated his thought to her, " I am still a machine, but i am a machine with a heart and a soul. I am not one of them yet." Cameron said calmly. He wondered if she would know which one of them he was referring to. However, if she didn't it really didn't matter too much.

"Well we'll leave him out of this. Camern, why won't you ever believe me?" She asked getting off of him "What do I have to do to prove you aren't a machine?"

Cameron sighed, " Because i have my proved already to myself that i was. It is like trying to alter someone's religion or their views. They have already set their views and accepted them. If you wish to change them, you have to present proper points as to why he should change it. You have to create the arguements to convince them."

"And tell me, what points can I use to alter your views?" She asked him, looking up. She dearly wished to see himself as human but she was getting tiresome. "You know, if you always argue you'll lose the people close to you. Just accept the turth," she said, it was all she could say to him.

" Well if i come up with the views to change my mind then i have already done it and you have no need to....so then you wouldn't change my mind at all, i would have, which i haven't been able to do so for some time now. So, don't worry. I do have feelings and well...i have never had any close to me and so, well nevemind." Cameron said and stood up, " Lets get you back to your room."

Cameron shrugged. For one of the few times in his life he didn't plan anything or intent do plan anything or care to plan anything. He sat down across from her in a chair. " Don't know. I don't think that far ahead." He said calmly.

"Oh, okay, so, umm...After this little rescue mission, if all goes well, I think we should celebrate!" She laughed then looked out the window and then back to him, "You do plan on coming back, right?"

Cameron nodded his head. " Well i fully intent do. But, again like i said before, with my job, i will not make any garantees." Cameron said and walked over to Christina and flopped down on the bed next to her, for the first time acting like a normal person instead of a stiff marine.
