As all the vampires had been scattered across the world after civil war between them, Victor who had taken control and placed them in different groups all over had now decided to gather the leaders and the strongest to see what to do about the future. The plan who had been made long time ago still continued as Victor ruled as king of the vampires, inside the United States the lycans had started to be hunted and humans were turned into slaves by their mighty power. In Europe vampires and other evil creatures had totally taken over, only a few land remained peaceful.
Since Sara got captured by humans, the vampires had attacked to set her free. The enemy base was heavily damaged by the assault, although many strong vampires had as well died. Victor at least were satisfied to have his queen back healthy in return, as he also still kept the Lycan mother deep in his dungeon. The power of the vampires had surely risen since the ancient times, nothing were as they ones was, everything had changed.
By the attacks who had happened all over the world, they finally returned to their home. Many thousand of vampires gathered around the main base in the united states, as Victor inspected and spoke to them all. His moves were elegant, with his black cape waving in the wind across the ground wherever he went. With his red glowing eyes, he scanned the area of evil men and women.

Cindralic answered to two people; the devil and Victor. The only reason that he answered to Victor was simply because the devil had told him and set upon him a mantle of leadership and control over his minions. Cindralic did not see his obedience to Victor as Victor dictating him, but as Cindralic simply obeying his overall master, Satan. Cindralic was no fool in speculating why Victor had called this meeting to order. Victor planned to assert his dominance and conjure a plan on how to further dominate the werewolves and the human race. Cindralic couldn’t help but remark to himself that the humans were becoming…scarcer than they had been. Previously, previous being a thousand years ago, human populated everywhere. Anytime that Cindralic thought back to the past he couldn’t help but think of the millions and millions of people that populated Mexico, Columbia, and the rest of the South and Central America. Cindralic wasn’t against killing and feeding on the humans, he enjoyed it. He knew that in the end, he was going to have to feed on his own kin. He was not opposed to that either. It was his survival or theirs and in the end, he chose his own. He would cast aside his own kin and kill and feed until there was no other beside him left on the planet and beyond that he could find no better privilege or honor. He would be the last vampire, the last of Satan’s kin on earth and he would be called home to the eternal hell that he would welcome with open arms. None else mattered than him, none else mattered that the master. Beyond them, there was nothing, beyond death, there was hell and that was already his destination. What did a vampire have to live for besides eternal d**nation? There was nothing. So, pleasure yourself on earth, feed, kill, rape, pillage, burn, dismember, destroy, decimate and in other words…end, all existence save your own. For the better part of several hundred years he had been doing that in South America and Mexico. He ruled one of the largest clans in Mexico and was setting himself up to rule the largest clan in all of South America. He would have the most power in the Western hemisphere save Victor. Perhaps, even, if he were dubbed worthy, Satan would succeed him to the proper place of ruler of the vampire world. Cindralic stood out from the crowd. There was no debating that. He was taller than most, but his height and his physical characteristics were not what made him stand out from the rest of the vampires gathered. There was a certain essence that was obtained, a certain deathly presence that could be felt from Cindralic that was greater than the others gathered. This was Cindralic’s first appearance at one of these gathers and he could not fully understand why he was there. It was cold up here, and he didn’t like it. Cindralic walked with heavy footsteps, his face still covered in the dark hood that he always wore. Perhaps there was even a mist around him, a presence of death. Even vampires backed away from him. Who was this person, this being that could strike fear into his own kin? Who was this that could cause a genuine felt fear in all that beheld him? Cindralic was one of the most murderous of his kin, his breath, his eyes, his look alone told them that. He had no need to speak, nor would he if he did. What would come of this meeting would be what he allowed. As it was adjourned he would return to his feeding ground. He would return to his land where the food was still plentiful and there was not a vampire allowed to live beyond Cindralic’s control. There were those he ruled, or those he killed.

Victor who had strengthen his power since he became king were now tired of fighting humans, the eye were one`s again fixed upon the old enemy who long had been in their way. Lycans who stole the food and areas from the vampires was now to be taken care of, since stronger they had grown then before. However now as a battle already had been fought against humans and the vampires returned home, it was time for them to rest and recover after the terrible things that had happened. The main base of the vampire was huge, the highest building stood most protected by them all were royal vampires lingered, on its side stood the prison made to keep enemies and other threats inside, while around barracks for the vampire legions stood. Around it all were a large wall, with pikes and more as well heavily missile system in case of attack. The doors were made out of silver, to keep lycans away. Victor who was inspecting the men as he passed them, sonly got an eye on familiar person he had meet before. It was the vampire leader who ruled the Mexican tribe, good it was to see him even feared he was and scary he looked. However everywhere evil vampires was seen, humans and lycans that had been captured that were taken slaves was either sacrificed as meal or used for own fun or pleasure. Although since important the leader who arrived was, Victor decided to meet him. Both of them looked cruel in their own way, as with dark hearts they ruled their kind."Welcome."He spoke deeply, saying nothing more before being answered. (This is the main base)

( Am i the only posting here? )
It was true that the lycans had indeed created a formidable problem for the vampire clans in North America and elsewhere in the world. However, Cindralic had made sure that the lycan threat to his own world was small and could be disposed of if needed. Cindralic was no fool and he recognized probable threat when he saw it. Cindralic had pondered the reason for the lycans existence and he had come up with several conclusions, all of which had well founded and based evidence to support them. For starters, Cindralic believed that the lycans were a scourge, a mockery of the devils of hell. Cindralic knew of his own race and he knew that there were the true sons of the devil. He believed that some others had worshipped the devil enough and some how found a way to evolve or devolve or mutate enough to become the bastard children of the devil. Cindralic saw it has his opportunity and duty to destroy them. This notion was what made Cindralic come to his second conclusion as to why the lycans exist. Cindralic also believed that they were a challenge for the dominions of Satan to defeat before they were taken home or Satan returned to earth. Now, Cindralic was also aware of demons that often came to the world. Cindralic had never personally encountered one, but he recognized them as the minions of the devil, unlike the lycans. Cindralic did not respect lycans like he respected demons. He would kill a demon as he would kill anything else, but he would just respect them in his killing of them. Cindralic heard a word of welcome and he looked up, stopping in his footsteps. He looked up from his downcast gaze and saw a rather tall being in front of him. The man’s essence demanded respect and Cindralic assumed that this was Victor. He had not met the man before because he would have remembered and Cindralic was rather well occupied in South America and Mexico. He looked up at the man and said nothing as he looked at him. His eyes almost went right through him, a death stare, and a dead stare of emotionless. Cindralic bowed his head just a bit, nothing more than a slight nod. He would give him no more acknowledgement than that because he didn’t feel the need. He was a lord as well as Victor was.

Sabrina wandered through the halls of the base. She had seen all rooms and was now bored and needed something to do to keep herself entertained. The young vampire grew bored easily. She sensed Victor's presence nearby and decided to pop in wherever he was and say hello or something. She found the room her he was in and peaked her head inside, and spotted Victor. She had not been seeing him around as much as she had use to. He had been busy strengthening his power, working on the base, and there was battles between other races. She stepped inside the room, not really paying any mind to the unfamiliar vampire that was also in the room. Sabrina took one quick glance at him, making no eye contact, then looked away. His presence seemed dark, much darker than the other vampires around her. She walked away and approached Victor. "Hello father," Sabrina greeted softly with a grin. The first time she had addressed Victor as her father since he had adopted her.

The whole concept of vampire adoption and fatherhood rather disgusted Cindralic. Personally he believed that if vampires did not have souls as it was rumored, then they could never fall in love and create…little demons as it were. That was the flaw of most vampires. They tried to fit in too much and always ended up falling for some damsel or something. That was usually when the slayers came for tem in a well-planned trap. Cindralic knew of two vampires that had fallen into such stupidity. Cindralic avoided all contact with female humans and werewolves. He did not have any female vampires amongst his ranks because he forbade his vampires biting and turning them. He refused to give his vampires temptations that could drive them to do unexplained and rather idiotic acts. So, Cindralic had a hoard of complete male vampires, most of which had been with him for a while, especially his elite guard. They were not here currently because they were needed elsewhere in Brazil at the moment. Cindralic was not the leader of the vampire clan in South America, but he acted as though he was and because no real leader had emerged, he mine as well have been such a leader. That tribe did have female vampires within it. Cindralic would have to kill them before he took control of the clan. Again, he would not have his vampires have any distractions. When Sabrina came past him and went to Victor, Cindralic had every notion and want to grab her by the throat and rip out her larynx. The one and only thing that stopped him was that she called Victor father. That didn’t make her untouchable, it just made her untouchable now, with Victor still there. There was no protecting her when she was alone and without he “daddy”. Cindralic had heard of several masters that were female. The first was a woman named Julie. How she became a master and a “queen” of vampires was beyond Cindralic’s comprehension. Apparently, Cindralic had been living in too much of an isolated world in Mexico and the South America. He would never have let a woman come to power. He was not sure why Victor had let her do so. Killing was the work of men and men alone. Cindralic watched every one of Sabrina’s motions, everyone muscle in her body and every tense and relax her body made. He listened to her clear voice and her call to her father. Cindralic hissed a bit in disgust, turning away from that love fest. That moment was a perfect example of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. As Cindralic turned around, there was a female vampire in front of him, literally in his face. Usually, Cindralic’s hood created a bubble for him because it overlapped his head. She was right up in it. As Cindralic turned she had a look of horror on her face, as did the rest of the vampires that looked at this menace. Cindralic jutted his hand out and his long black fingernails dug deep into her neck. Cindralic clutched her and with a quick upward jerk, removed her head and then simply dropped it to the ground before the vampire’s body had even been given a chance to fall. Cindralic kept walking, and a path was cleared for him amongst the vampires. Cindralic had no idea who he had just killed and it didn’t matter to him. She was a female vampire and didn’t belong here. Several lesser vampires began to drink the blood of the vampire behind him. Cindralic could hear the brawl for the warm substance that sustained them.
