Orders from the ranks above had been given out to the vampire legions, it was time for them to prepare for something great which was about to happen. The different clans of vampires were all summoned back to their home bases as now at the US, most of the Dragonetti members was coming back home to their leader Victor, the king of all vampires. All members had been told to bring what they could carry as weapons and other useful equipments, the special trained warriors called blood legions was all ready and placed in ranks as they stood waiting for orders inside the main cargo building.
Artillery specially made for vampires had also been made in the main hangar as they had found and stolen military things of the humans in the area, deep secrets was planned inside the main tower were the king and queen lingered and many vampires was coming as streams of water while they arrived. All given a bed and blood to get strength for the upcoming battle that was soon to come, great actions was about to be set and it all had to be ready prepared.
Many thousands had already arrived but many more were to come and it all seemed to go well, the lycan slaves which the vampires held was brought forth and killed at the main ground as their extermination of its kind had began. Victor hated the humans and lycans for all they stood for, he was cruel and liked causing pain and fair into others. It was what he liked best and it was what he could do best, his strength encouraged the others vampires and it was no doubt they would succeed when it all would be over.
The security of the area was well protected by vampire wannabe and real vampire guards, suited with outfits to resist the sun as it would appear on daytime. Cameras and sensors were all placed up and it could discover any human or lycan activity for miles distance, fences was set around the area as the vampires controlled a large area of buildings and other things needed.

Sara made her way around the premises checking all the security features. As much as she was eager to get out and have a go at sabotage, she knew the safety of her kin came first. In her mind, she had already pictured what she intended to do, but that would only come when she was satisfied with all other arrangements.
Being a reckless teenager, she had learnt a lot about explosives, and how to sabotage equipment. A lot of the time common items such as drinking material was a great supplement, to the plans of sabotage. She moved around, looking, browsing and asking questions. She was ready. As ready as could be expected.
Her adrenalin was waiting to burst. She was ready to have some fun.

As the vampires outside were preparing for full invasion as the night were upon, dark clouds on the sky was starting to be seen and sonly it started to rain. Rain like hard rocks was falling onto them all and it made their cloths wet as it made their appearance and hair even more scary then it already was. Dirt was covering most of the vampires who was outside but as the rain fell down it made the mud and dirt running, the slaughtering of lycans was an incredible sight as they were killed with losing their head by the help of an Axe. The blood splattered all over the ground as it went on and the vampires that killed got more worse looking by the touch of it, blood had covered their body along the mud and they liked it.
Inside the cargo building where the oldest and strongest of the vampires stood called Blood legions was in full ranks ready for move, just waiting on orders. They all was within their vampire bat form who made them look huge and strong, great wings was attached to their backs and their eyes was as dark as night. Powerful creatures with great powers they were and would not stop before the order had been delivered, these were the veterans among vampires and therefore had great knowledge on what to do. Many of them were even as old as Katla once had been and some were older but age had not a such huge impotency for them as it was powers and control they wanted most.
Suddenly the doors of the main building opened and Victor the vampire king was to be seen along with his guards surrounding him, evilly he faced the vampire army that was preparing outside and it was impressive sight. Victor smiled to himself for a moment before he started walking, as he went he could see the great slaughter of the lycan slaves that had been ordered to get terminated. It pleased him but went more on to look if all really was ready, there was much to be done but still there was waiting as other vampires too had to prepare. As he went his eyes cached Sara who was walking around, gently he watched and then went over to speak."Sara, you on walk without me?"He said joke fully and smiled, wondering what she was doing and thinking at the moment.

Sara, looked to the sky as the rain began to flood down towards her. Small drops touching every bit of her, as she looked up. Rain was a precious thing. It could be used for so many things. It could conceal tracks, hide enemies in its wetness… It had so many wonderful advantages. Sara, wandered, ignoring the slaughter of lycans as she went. She paid no heed to either those killing them, or the lycans begging for mercy. Sara had mercy, but she very rarely used it. It was in extreme cases that she used mercy, even then her opponent would most likely be dead.
She sighed, and covered her head with a hood, and let her eyes adjust to the darkness. The rain, hiding the cries of death, as she heard footsteps come towards her. She turned suddenly, in a defensive matter, only because it was un-expected to have someone come up to her so fast. She stopped when she noticed the figure was Victor. A smile crossed her wet face.
“Yes. I suppose I am. It has been sometime since I enjoyed the comfort of rain,” she looked at him, for a moment, “Last time I checked, you were,” she looked over to where the lycans were being slaughtered, “..preoccupied,” before returning her gaze to him. She had made it clear to him, that she really hadn’t wanted to be part of it. Her strength had limited her from doing a lot. Her dreams had been infuriated with haunting visions, which had conduced all her strength in order to try and block them. It was rare she left their abides these days. However, when she did, she was full of energy.
She opened her mind, to allow Victor, and only Victor entry to her thoughts. In her mind, it was a bustle of damage from dreams, yet a pure ambition to sabotage. She loved working undercover, and being a solo act. She enjoyed the idea, of stopping people’s routines. In high school, just after her father had died, and she had joined forces with the wrong gang, they had sabotaged teachers cars, blown up science labs and caused all types of chaos. So you could say, Sara was an amateur sabotage weapon. She even knew how to make cars break down with an oven timer. Tricks you learn as kid, stay with you for life.
She took a deep breath and watched Victor and his guards, who pretended not to be listening, when she knew very well that they were. A lot of rumours had spread about her lately, ever since she had inherited the powers from the ghost, she had been called a hybrid or a demon in dark corners. Despite, all she had done for her kin, she still received a glowering eye. Even though they knew, she was quite capable of killing them, then and there on the spot without being asked questions. Perhaps that is where her mercy took place as well. She let people talk about her. Accuse her, of things she could not prevent. In a way, Sara enjoyed the gossip, so she intended to give them something to talk about.

Victor looked at Sara and smiled gently as she spoke about what he had been up to before, he really had been busy torturing others and he always loved it but at the moment he had come to the preparing of vampires to give orders on what was to be done. After she was finished speaking and had looked at the slaughter of lycans in the distance, he returned with an answer and looked at her."Yes well, there are many things that needs to be done and this is one of them. The night is really refreshing and perfect fitting for our plans, don't you think?"He asked with an evil smirk, wondering what she though about what was to happen but hoped her evil mind liked it.
The Dragonetti clan of vampires was the largest house in the whole house of Erebus that excited by 11 other clans, all vampire houses were spread around the world and after a special meeting they had been talking of great things which should be done. It was not only Victors clan that was preparing but all others as well, they were planning an attack at unknown secret targets. Large forces of vampires and vampires wannabes had been called in and was all soon ready for orders, Victor himself was full equipped for battle and had trained himself for what was to come.
The lycans who was being slaughtered was all chained together until they got leaded to the slaughter area, there they was killed of and as time went they all started to shrink in numbers. The new vampires that arrived was being handed over weapons and training programs for what battalions they were chosen into, they were at war and with war the warriors had to be done for action.

Sara looked around, and motioned for Victor to fall in stride with her walk. After all, she was only browsing to make sure everything was going to plan. Victor seemed pleased, so that also pleased her. She brushed some rain from her forehead, “I suppose so. We need to downsize our enemies, and the rain can wash away their remains.”
Sara really showed, no emotion in her tone of voice for this type of slaughter. She knew it was vital, and needed. She would not attempt to stop it. She was ready for battle once again. She had learnt to control her powers, somewhat a little, but not perfectly. She had kept herself fit, as much as possible. Due to her powers, her energy was deprived for days on end. The days her energy was with her, she was able to get herself working. That meant, working with daggers and small pistols.
She watched as more of the vampire clan arrived to be armoured. It was different, it had been sometime since she had been preparing for a battle, the last one had been her first. She had witnessed the death of Raven, and was only meters away from him. She had watched many good people fall that day, in a way it had also wounded her and made her sick. But she had pulled through.

"Indeed, our enemies will soon discover a new beginning is soon to come."Victor responded gentle and with a deep voice as he went along with Sara`s walking, as they went they both checked if they all were ready and prepared but still something could be seen missing. It had been long time since the last huge battle, but now it seemed another was to come. After the outcome of last great combat it had almost gone bad for the clan of Victor and therefore they now knew that more had to be prepared then last time, the only reason to why Ravens clan had ended was cause of his death and not the numbers.
Victor as he went though out other plans along as he went and sonly discovered something else had to be done as well, quickly he called over a vampire leader and started whispering something important before letting him go and tell the others. As it was done the vampire leader went to a group of vampires, not the vampire veterans but the vampire elite which was almost as strong as the others. They were ordered to go out and kill or handle every lycan presence at US soil, their job was to drive them all out or capture them before finally finishing them of along with the rest. In great numbers they flyed of and started searching for every lycan but stayed hidden in the shadows as they searched, sensing their being by the presence in their body.

Sara watched Victor, as he instructed another. She kept to herself though, during these times, it was likely she would keep to herself. That was until she had an opinion or thought that might be able to help the plan move further along. She knew what Victor had instructed, but she would not say anything. How were they going to withdraw every lycan from US soil though? They did not know Lycan numbers… which would prove difficult…
“It is the beginning of the end,” she smirked. She loved using paradoxes as such, when first heard they were confusing, but with some thought they made quite a lot of sense. It was the beginning of the end of mortal rule over the world, and vampires would soon unite and force their strength upon the world. That was to be expected, was it not?

As the orders had been given and his eyes turned upon Sara again when she spoke he simply nodded and smiled with a smirk, thinking it was correct in what she said. It really was the beginning of the end as an great invasion was to happen and war to break out, many times had the vampire race stayed in the hidden but now soon the time for them were to strike upon the world of men. If they could cause world domination to their race then they would became legends as gods even some already looked at them as it, Victor cared alot for his queen but also his race and therefore would do everything to make them satisfied.
After a short time standing close to each other they started walking with linked hands again as the army he had ordered was to leave, to get ride of the lycan race upon US soil and to make great advantage for their race. The lycans were great in numbers but still were outnumbered by the vampires that almost ruled the world, only small factions of enemies was left and spread over but still were to handle."In many years has our kind lived in the hidden and stayed strong but now our world is to change, we will show the others who has the real power and who we really are but caution has to be involved. Therefore I am sending scouts to clear the area in front of us, do you think its a bad idea?"He said and asked Sara as they went, wondering what she though about the situation.

She listened, “I think that perhaps that will not be as successful as you think. The Resistance are more powerful these days, they are learning with each coming day new things about us. Do you really think a few scouts will be able to clear our paths? I think an entire army would need to bring down the Resistance. Secretly they are building weapons to use against us, there is no doubt about that Victor.”
She sighed, “But what am I saying. No vampire can see the future, if they can well what an achievement. There is to be destruction and races will be sent into hiding. However, their power will grow just as strong as the power that sent them there in the first place. We have to be careful.”

"Ha, you yourself seem to have forgotten what we are. Remember we too were humans once and if you haven't noticed we are alot more smarter and stronger then they are, we are on the top of the food change and they are our food. If they can figure ways to protect and fight then we are too, but with easier methods."Victor answered in return as they walked on around the camp of vampires, checking if they were ready and fit for battle. Already some thousands had been sent out for scouting in many different destinations, they were going to clean the road and make the lycans disappear from US soil in one way or another.
After a short break he continued speaking, with a smirk he watched Sara and wondered what she though about her own race. Did she think they were weaker then humans, no they were not. "The scouts will take a handful of what we others will manage to take, but I do not doubt they will manage their job cause their job is not as you say but other deeds that I have given them like we planned in the council."

Sara nodded. She was quiet through Victor’s speech, and let him speak of the plans that were put into action. She brushed a strand of hair from her face, and continued walking slowly beside Victor. It seemed as though, he was thinking, thinking about her opinions on something, but somehow he had managed to shield some of his thoughts from her, and she could not reach them.
“I do not doubt our power, nor our strategies. I doubt our thoughts upon humans. I think we misjudge them, even now when we are so strong. Yes, once we were mortal like them, but now we are not and we are not linked to life as they are. Most vampires live against life itself, and take revenge upon it by killing, where humans try to protect that. In my eyes, I see strength in defending, not attacking.”
Once again she was silent, as she moved over to a wall and lifted herself onto it, so she could sit upon it and look down at Victor, “When I was being taught how to block my instructor taught me, if you could defend yourself against each powerful attack you would soon tire your enemy. We may never tire, but things of late have drawn my suspicion towards our existence.”

"And how many times has empires been made by only waiting on the enemy to attack, no my love. Attack is the best defense, without us fighting we would not been here today. We would had been extinguished in the great time of hunting if we had waited in the past, threw killing and traveling we have spread our race and become, gods among others." Victor spoke of great seriousness, he believed that without battle there would be no victory. If they had not fighted back against Lord Raven in the times of old, then they would not been what they had become. King and Queen of the vampires they were and a great destiny ahead of them laid before them, it already had been planned by the powers above.
Victor watched Sara with a gentle look as she lifted herself onto the wall, she was not just evil but also beautiful and clever. He loved what she did and how her personality were formed, time had passed since she was turned and from the moment all had turned into the better. She did not need to worry, she did not need to sorrow, she did not need to feel sorry, she did not need to think but only act. Long had her mother dragged her down after the death of her father, but no more did she need to think about it. Victor was there and so where her new family of vampires, the friends and family of old were no more as what only existed was their kind. The way she sat in front were he stood was teasingly, she was a beautiful woman and a trickster in true form. As the rain purred down onto them the skin of their body was visible seen, even a female shape and curves.

“We do not need the past, to tell us how to live the present or how to move into the future,” she said seriously. Sara now saw Victor’s need and addiction to power, and even her own self was beginning to speculate on what deeds he would do in order to gain that power. She watched him closely, catching the thought of Raven and how they had fought against him. That had been defence. Victor’s pride had stumbled because of that man, and in turn Victor had fought for it back.
Sara took a deep breath, letting the rain fall from the dark night sky. Letting the cool air, make clouds as she exhaled air. She ran a hand threw her loose wet hair and sighed, “We just have to keep our enemies close, if you wish to learn from the past.”
She cupped his face gently in her hands so she caught his eyes and nothing else distracted them, “Remember what I said, the first night we dwelled in the same bed?” she asked quietly, as the rain pattered down around them. She locked his eyes with hers, letting them turn to a translucent blue, but before he could answer she pushed her thoughts directly to him. Her memories of that night, crashing against the walls that kept her from seeking out his own thoughts.
The memories showed the night Victor had came back to her after a terrible night fight with a female vampire. One whom had attempted to kill her. The words were, ‘the secret is to dig out the clues, which will reveal the thoughts of our opponent. Learn their motives, know their passions and you need not wait to see what he does. You can very well, Anticipate his next move.’

Victor watched her deep in eyes as she had cupped his face within her hands, visions of past was shown before him as he looked into her mind. The first time they had spent a moment of love, where visible, but sonly vanished as the thoughts returned back to reality. In return he answered whispering, however with the deep voice he had."I remember, but time for us to think of future has come. We can not linger in shadows anymore, we must rise, above all. What would future be, without past. If we can not learn by our mistakes, then what?"
As it was said, the vampires who had gone to hunt had finely left. They were now killing and slaying every enemy they could find, but lot those needed alive. Victor loved power, without it he felt useless. Since the day he had taken over the clans of vampires as their king, he had turned more evil, wanting more power. The things he ones had kept, never was the same. Victor was changing to a selfish beast, as he wanted to rule the world.
