If you join this RPG-forum (Role-Playing Game) and will rp (role-play) with other Members, you will have to follow these rules listed in this thread.
If you do not follow these rules, you will get a warning by a Member of the staff, and you will have to take the consequences of what mistake you have done.
General Rules
1. Joining: If you join as a member of this forum, please fill out a history form for your character, you can find it in the History board and is called “Character History Template”. Tell us as much information as you want or can about your character.
2. Activity: If you join this forum, try and stay as active as you can, preferably get online once per day. If you are leaving for a couple of days or even longer and won't be able to get online, please inform us in the sub-board "Leaving" in the General board.
3. Spelling and Grammar: Please try and spell the words in your posts correctly, and try to write in good grammar, so that the Members who read your posts will understand what you mean. If you have problems with spelling, please use the "Spell Check" button when you reply.
4. Posting: Each role-play post has to be the minimum length of three sentences. If you have problems with writing more, describe the environment, the surroundings of your character, the feelings, thoughts and speeches of the character. With a bit of training it is not difficult to write more. But if you write less than three sentences, you will get a pm of one of the staff, reminding you to write more or your post will be deleted without warning. Do not double-post in a thread where other people are posting as well, give them the opportunity to reply. In the threads, stay on topic and please, no spamming.
5. Hacking Threads: If people are posting peacefully in a thread, you have to ask for permission so you can post together in this thread. Do not just pop up in the thread and post like an attack, you will recieve a warning from one of the staff otherwhise.
6. Godmoding and Powerplaying: Do not godmode or powerplay in the threads.
One example for godmodding would be: "The Demons stormed forward, killing many of the vampires." This is unfair, because it is up for the person who controls the vampires to control his/her own numbers. But at the same time, be fair in writing about winning or losing. Refusing to take any losses or only very few losses while rping will lead to you getting a warning from the staff team to play fairly.
7. Mategaming Mategaming: is a form of cheating or gaining informations in an unfair way.
One example for mategaming would be: First poster: "The werewolves went quietly through the woods, covered by darkness." Second poster: "The Vampires knew of this and attacked them instantly." This is an unfair way to roleplay, and would destroy the fun of this game for the first poster. The game would become boring and forseeable, as no plan would work out. Be fair and avoid mategaming, but play your character whole-heartly, do not pretend to know what your character can not know.
8. Swearing: Do not swear unnecessarily in your posts, it only annoys other Members.
9. Advertising: If you want to advertise your own page in this forum, or affiliate with the forum, you have to advertise this forum on your site as well. If you haven’t done that then we won’t advertise yours either, if you later remove us from yours then we will remove yours on ours as well. Be fair!
10. Images and Signatures: Do not post any images, that stretch the site and so obviously are too large.
11. Threatening: We do not want any threatening or swearing at other Members on this page. If you have a problem with someone, then send a pm to this person and work it out so that it is no problem anymore. Act grown-up and respect the others, think how they would reacted to your post, and ask yourself, “How would I like to be treated?”
12. Age: The age of your character is fixed by how many posts he/she has. With this age, your strength will also grow and you will earn certain powers, given to your race after a period of time, check the rank lists for this. But in a fight, you can not be stronger than your adversary, if he/she is older of age.
Human Rules
In this forum, it is most likely that you start as a human. When you started to post in the RP-section, you can be bitten and turned into one of the several races on this site, vampires, werewolves, or even hybrids. The persons who play those creatures who want to turn you do not have to ask for your permission to turn you, only if they want to kill a character they have to ask. But neither can they post your transformation in only one post, but several so that you have a chance to react.
If you want to have a chance against those creatures, you need skills. Choose between becoming a hunter, wizard/witch or a priest, you can only be one of them. The one you may chose you will stay for the rest of your human life.
Hunter
Age 1000: Sence-block (Makes all creatures unable to sence you.)
Age 700: Trap (A trap wich can be set anywhere. It traps the enemy, but is not good enough against older enemies.)
Age 500: UV-ammo/silver bullet (UV-ammo is like the sun for the vampires, but the vampires who don't mind the sun only get slowed down. Silver Bullets are used against werewolves.)
Age 200: Easy Hit (You are almost totally sure about hitting your target with your gun/bow if it is in a lower age than you.)
Wizard/Witch
Age 1000: Teleport and Lighting (Teleport makes you dissapere and shows up another place you want, lighting will send a shoot against your closest enemy.)
Age 700: Antidote (Stops all kinds of shapeshifting for a while.)
Age 500: Fireball (A fireball which inflicts quite a lot of damage.)
Age 200: Wrath (Damages and makes the target dizzy.)
Priest
Age 1000: Sun Orb (An orb that you can carry in your pocket. It glows like the sun itself, but not exactly with the same power..)
Age 700: Smite (Put an enemy onto fire.)
Age 500: Holy Water (Burns vampires. No fire, though. Slows down werewolves.)
Age 200: Holy Light (Lower aged evil things get scared by this.)
Vampire and Werewolf Rules
If you are bitten by a vampire, you will change quickly and become immortal. As your age grows, you will get stronger and soon will be able to walk in daylight as well.
If you are bitten by a werewolf, you will change the next time the full moon rises. With your age you will get stronger and soon will be able to transform whenever you like to.
After you have been transformed, there are several choices for you. You can follow the creature that turned you, or you can travel on alone.
But also, you can start as one of the vampires or werewolves, but then you have to write a long enough history with sufficient information for the other members.
In this RPG, you can carry any weapon of your likings with you, it is your decision if guns, knives, swords, or other weapons you have come up with. But please, inform the other members about your weapon in your history.
If you are going to bite a person, you can not post all this process in just one post, you must give the other person a chance to react and answer you.
Vampires ONLY die if you pierce their heart with a wooden spike or is cut in pieces. And remember, that only the young vampires still can not resist the sunlight, the cross or simply garlic.
To kill a werewolf, you need a clean silver bullet to hit his heart or head. If the bullet hits the werewolf somewhere else, the wound can get infected if it isn’t treated, and can cause death.
When you are about to die, you can choose: you can die or you can surrender. If you surrender, you will be taken as the prisoner of your enemies, and if you choose to die you will have to start all over again as a human in a new character. You don't need to register all over again, just change your name, and we will reset your posts.
Ranks/ vampires
Age 1000: Walk in daylight whenever you want and change into "ghost"-form (Ghostform is the same as turning into mist. You can materialize yourself anywhere in the fog, since the fog is really you..)
Age 700: Change to a huge bat
Age 500: Get super speed and be able to crawl up walls and under the roof, just like spiderman
Age 200: Disappear
Ranks/ Werewolfs
Age 1000: Walk every day whenever you want.
Age 700: Change to Werewolf whenever you want.
Age 500: Get super speed
Age 200: Huge roar
