Let's make it plain and simple Human without technology loses to wolf everytime Wolf without teeth loses too, so a SMART person would wear boots and kick the wolf's teeth out Making the human the winner I rest my case

Oh I guess they lose those to. Technology is basically what we use to fight.

And plus the human need to be able to hit the wolf and plus they hunt in packs, kick the wolf and the other wolves jumps on the human.

But they would just be leaping at the man, who can still climb a tree or hit them with a stick or rock. Humans still have thumbs, and uhh I didn't know we were having a wolf vs human fight, and some humans hunt in groups maybe as large as a pack but when they don't have teeth or paws...

Then that means that the human loses, if he climbs the tree.

Nope, because the human can then throw rocks, sticks, etc. down on the wolf while he still tries to get the human. I have walked a pure wolf, like you would walk a dog. It was not half-anything, just pure wolf.
However, the question isn't about if a wolf or human would win in a fight, it is about which is the prevailant Hunter, this does not mean that humans cannot use weapons - it asks which is the better hunter when using any means necessary to win. Therefore it is obviously humans as we can use guns and other weapons. A single wolf could not take down an elephant, a single wolf could not take down a rhino, a single wolf could not take down a crocodile. A single human could do all of these things, with just the aid of his intelligence.
Man is "just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-fours, who, because of his "divine spiritual and intellectual development," has become the most vicious animal of all!" - Anton Szandor LaVey

Men are not just another animal; they're the sons of the son of god.

Well, Dante, I am fairly sure that by denying it, Vincent did in fact prove that he can deny that fact, hence disproving your statement that he cannot. I think what you might want to rephrase that as is something along the lines of asking for proof of his claim or something.
